Sarita is from Huancayo, Peru and speaks Quechua. She is so sweet and always makes sure that you
will have a wonderful experience as if you were in Peru.
Marissa is our second chef from San MartÃn, Tarapoto, Peru. She is really good at firing up
the pan for the lomo saltado. She has more than 5 years of experience.
Don Antonio is one of our business owners. He is from Guatemala and makes sure our chefs have
everything they need in the kitchen.
